Installing & macOS permissions

Desktop Aquarium is distributed as a signed, notarized DMG. If macOS shows a Gatekeeper prompt on first launch, open System Settings → Privacy & Security and choose Open Anyway. The tank runs behind your windows and does not need special accessibility permissions to swim.

Payments & unlocks

Packs are purchased from inside the app through Stripe. You do not need to create an account; the unlock is tied to an anonymous local profile for your tank. If a pack you bought isn’t showing, try restoring purchases or reopening the app.
